- Proofs: For custom designs, we provide digital proofs before finalizing your order. Review the proof carefully and provide feedback or approval to proceed with production.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. Please review it for accuracy and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
2. Payment
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal & Cash App.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Custom orders will not be processed until payment is received.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: Our standard processing time is 5-10 business days most of the time production time varies depending on the item purchased. Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity and volume. So please order event items at least 30-days in advance.

- Return Process: Returns are not accepted, please contact us for more information. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
