  • Custom Orders: We are thrilled to bring your unique ideas to life! Please provide as much detail as possible when placing a custom order to ensure we capture your vision accurately.
  • Proofs: For custom designs, we provide digital proofs before finalizing your order. Review the proof carefully and provide feedback or approval to proceed with production.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. Please review it for accuracy and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

2. Payment

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal & Cash App.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Custom orders will not be processed until payment is received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Our standard processing time is 5-10 business days most of the time production time varies depending on the item purchased. Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity and volume. So please order event items at least 30-days in advance.
  • Shipping: We offer [standard shipping and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and shipping method. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review proofs carefully and ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.
  • Return Process: Returns are not accepted, please contact us for more information. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.  Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

5. Cancellations
